• Contact information you provide when booking, such as your name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number.
• Tools checklist responses you submit before your session, describing the accounts and platforms you'd like connected.
• Payment information, which is processed directly by our payment provider (PayPal). We do not store your card or bank details.
• Session information such as the date, duration, and general scope of work performed.

2. Account Access During Sessions

During an install session, you may choose to connect your own third-party accounts (such as email, calendar, or social media platforms) to your personal assistant. This access is configured live, under your own login credentials, and stays local to your device. We do not retain your account passwords, and we do not access these accounts outside of your scheduled session unless you separately request further support.

3. How We Use Information

• To schedule and deliver your session
• To tailor the assistant setup to the tools you told us you use
• To follow up about your booking, invoice, or support request
• To improve the Service based on common requests

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers necessary to run the business, such as our payment processor (PayPal), and only to the extent needed to process your booking.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide support, handle disputes, and meet basic accounting requirements, after which it may be deleted.

6. Your Choices

You can ask us to update or delete the contact information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@pcsona.com.

7. Third-Party Platforms

If your assistant is connected to third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Gmail, or Google Calendar), your use of those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies and terms, in addition to this one.
